Dr. Sachin Dua

Renowned Ayurveda Physician

Dr. Sachin Dua is an acclaimed Ayurvedic physician qualified from Maharshi Dayanand University, India. His family has been practicing traditional Ayurveda for centuries and his lineage can be traced to the famous Vaidya Ramasra Mal of Lahore.

Dr. Dua has a deep understanding of the healing characteristics of plants and the well-guarded knowledge has been passed down in the family from one generation to the next. Besides the exceptional knowledge obtained from the family tradition, Dr. Dua has an Ayurvedic Degree - Ayurvedacharya (BAMS) from M D University and a Masters in Alternative Healing and a Diploma in Panchakarma. He blends ancient knowledge of Ayurveda with modern practices and adds value to treatments by using a variety of methods.

Mr. Ojas Garg

Mr. Ojas Garg is not new to traditional Ayurveda as his father Dr. Ram Garg is an eminent Ayurveda physician,famous for his excellent Ayurvedic treatment in India. Dr Ram Garg family traditions is a global prominent physician based in South Africa. Mr. Garg completed his B.Com and did B.Sc in Naturopathy from the University of Delhi and has a Diploma in Panchakarma from Kerala.

He is a visiting Panchakarma consultant to Dr. Ram. Presently, he is also a consultant at Ayurveda Rishikesh where he manages the health center.

Dr. Naina Garg

Dr. Naina is our newest member to Ayurveda Wellness Center.

Dr. Naina obtained her Bachelor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from government Ayurveda College Patiala Punjab. In addition to her University degree, she studied and practiced under the guidance of personal gurus and Ayurveda scholars in Kerala. This hard work added tremendous value to her knowledge and deepened her interpretation of the many layers of ancient Ayurvedic texts. She has a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education (DNHE) and a Diploma in Yoga and provides excellent and detailedNutrition and Lifestyle Consultation. She encourages her patients to take charge of their own health which empowers them for the future. She recommends dietary and lifestyle changes that has lasting effects if followed closely and on a consistent basis.

This vast experience has made her a good speaker on any topic of natural health. She has lectured to many national and international platforms to convey the powerful, hidden secrets of Ayurveda. She does so in a very simple way, making her talks understand and apply in to life.she encourages Ayurvedic practices whenever necessary.

She is an expert in Pulse Diagnosis and Dosha Analysis. She has experience in Panchakarma/Detoxification, Rejuvenation treatment and the healing powers of Ayurveda. This young and inspired physician, infused with enthusiasm for the age-old Principles of Ayurveda and devoted her life in bringing authentic Ayurveda to patients and students all over the world. This is done with a wide ancient Ayurvedic wisdom blended with a modern approach.

She practices individualized person-specific Ayurveda treatments rather than dis-ease-oriented treatment which allows patients and students to gain her trust. Her love of what she does has helped hundreds of clients. Her expertise in Ayurveda has brought relief to many clients regarding mental and physical ailments.
